Jay Schneider, PG, QSD/QSP
Project Geologist
Jay has almost 30 years of geology experience and extensive experience in site remediation, subsurface investigations, storm water compliance, cultural resource assessments, as well as safety program development. In addition, Mr. Schneider has provided satisfied clients throughout Southern and Central California Hazardous Material Business Plans, chemical inventories, CERS uploads, and Toxic Organic Management Plans. Jay is a Professional Geologist and Qualified SWPPP Developer and Practitioner (QSD/QSP). Jay received his Bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s degree in Geology from the University of Cincinnati.

Jack Samuels, CAC, CLC
Senior Project Manager – Building Sciences
Jack has over 25 years of experience in providing hazardous materials and construction management services. Jack will further strengthen Citadel’s already industry-leading Building Sciences practice dealing with issues of hazardous materials in construction, indoor air quality, and environmental construction management. Mr. Samuels has worked for a wide range of clients including shipping ports, higher education, commercial development, government, industrial, and public works. Mr. Samuels has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
