Torrance Refinery

Since 2003 Citadel has supported the Torrance Refinery operations, originally for ExxonMobil and now for PBF Energy. We have managed their asbestos and lead program, and performed employee exposure monitoring for a variety of hazards, both chemical and physical, and assisted with management of hazardous wastes.

Farmer's Field

Citadel Performed a site inspection to verify current site conditions, and checked for visible evidence of previously disposed and/or currently present hazardous waste, surface contamination, underground and above ground storage tanks (USTs/ASTs), suspect polychlorinated biphenyls PCBs), and other potential environmental hazards.

Los Angeles Football Club

Citadel performed an Environmentally Regulated Materials Survey of the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena in preparation of its demolition to make way for the construction of the Los Angeles Football Club's new stadium. Citadel assisted in retaining a contractor for the abatement of the regulated materials, and performed abatement oversight as well as Environmental Geology services during the demolition.

The Georgetown Company/Former Herald Examiner Building

The Georgetown Company's project to renovate and redevelop the iconic Herald Examiner Building in Los Angeles, California are nothing short of amazing. Citadel Environmental Services, Inc. provided The Georgetown Company with a Phase I Site Investigation, Environmentally-Regulated-Materials Survey, and Indoor Air Sampling Investigation to assist in bringing this iconic Los Angeles building back to life.
