Although off-screen, BoJack then reminds Mr. Peanutbutter that he was in a rehab facility, and Mr. Peanutbutter subsequently leaves. Mr. Peanutbutter tells her other than being away from her he is having the time of his life being depressed. Mr. Peanutbutter tells Paige and Max the story about his and Pickles plan to be even with each other due to his infidelity and Max tells him Pickles and Joey are in love. On Halloween 1993, Mr. Peanutbutter and Katrina went to BoJack's house for his Halloween party, which BoJack lies about having so he wouldn't have to go to Mr. Peanutbutter's party, but Mr. Peanutbutter ended up bringing his party to BoJack's house. Diane wants to leave but is her car is trapped between two vehicles. Later, Princess Carolyn gets another phone call from Mr. Peanutbutter. Mr. Peanutbutter then tells Princess Carolyn that the filming for Birthday Dad is going well. When Pickles tells Mr. Peanutbutter to take her to the park he agrees. Just then, Todd walks in with Ruthie and asks BoJack if he is ready for his interview. When Diane asks if they can go soon, because being around so many famous people made her nervous, Mr. Peanutbutter instead insists she go talk to BoJack. The wedding is then decided to be held at the restaurant BoJack owns on BoJack's suggestion so he has a better vantage to sabotage the wedding. Pickles scoots in close and they cuddle under a blanket. In the Season 2 finale Out to Sea, Mr. Peanutbutter and Diane are shown to be lonely without each other. While Mr. Peanutbutter is able to go into great detail while expressing himself to Diane, Diane has trouble doing so. He then tells her if she knows someone who would be good for the job to let him know. In 2018, Mr. Peanutbutter and his girlfriend, Pickles, are getting ready for BoJack's twenty-fifth Halloween party. In another flashback, BoJack shows up at Diane's apartment to pick her up for Mr. Peanutbutter's housewarming party and finds her with a new haircut and outfit. Mr. Peanutbutter proposes a scenario in which Dougs fianc, whom he calls Pickles," doesnt know that he cheated and shes happy not knowing, asking if confessing would just cause additional pain, to which the other people in the room agree with him.
