Helena Miller, 39, of the 1300 bloc of New York, was arrested on a Municipal Court Warrant for FTA. Detective Division was notified and OMI responded to the scene. This vehicle 1997 Chevy F-10 was taken from the County Clerks parking lot around 3 p.m. on July 22.
